Sandra commenced her workers' compensation career as an adjuster over 30 years ago and continued her journey as a workers' compensation defense Hearing Representative and briefly as Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney.

Sandra cofounded and became a Managing Partner of Crawford & Ransom, APLC, a mutlipractice law firm 21 years ago, that provided legal services in Workers Compensation for Applicants, family law, personal injury, probate, and criminal defense.

In June 2023, Sandra joined Luna, Levering & Holmes as a workers' compensation defense attorney.

Sandra is also a high school girls' assistant varsity basketball and golf coach, AKA "Coach C."
