Biography
Michael Holmes received his law degree from Golden Gate University in 1991 and immediately began legal practice in workers' compensation. It was a natural transition from workers' compensation claims examiner for California Casualty on the self-insured account of Hewlett Packard. He has worked with all types of workers' compensation claims from beginning to end, including 132a and serious and willful misconduct allegations against major California employers. He has also brought high-valued cases to settlement through mediation and arbitration processes.
