Michael Holmes received his law degree from Golden Gate University in 1991 and immediately began legal practice in workers’ compensation. It was a natural transition from workers’ compensation claims examiner for California Casualty on the self-insured account of Hewlett Packard. He has worked with all types of workers’ compensation claims from beginning to end, including 132a and serious and willful misconduct allegations against major California employers. He has also brought high-valued cases to settlement through mediation and arbitration processes.

Current clients include: United Parcel Service, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies, Superior Court of California, Acclamation Insurance Management Services, and Gallagher Bassett Insurance Services.
Mike and his wife, Cindy, have two daughters, Emily and Kendall, and a son, Tyler. Mike and Cindy are avid San Francisco Giants fans, so much so they attend Spring Training every year in Arizona. They enjoy traveling, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
